National Coordinator & Mathematics Teacher

Coordinating a nationwide network of 25 freelance teachers and teaching maths for free to children from underprivileged backgrounds ("La Maison des Maths").

The challenge

En Revanche is a non-profit fighting educational inequality. Through its "La Maison des Maths" program, I both teach on-site and run the operations of the teaching network behind it.

What I did

  1. Teaching & mentoring: free mathematics instruction and academic mentoring for children from underprivileged backgrounds.
  2. Team coordination: managing a nationwide network of 25 freelance teachers — schedules, availability and day-to-day operational issues.
  3. Administrative oversight: supervising compliance, including tracking and verifying the teachers' freelance (auto-entrepreneur) revenue declarations.
  4. On-site delivery across the Greater Paris region, including Montreuil and Meudon.
